Jeffrey Jappa – President of JMC, Jeffrey began in the woodworking industry, helping out with laminating when he was 13. He worked off and on throughout his college days earning a BS in Industrial Engineering. Jeffrey returned to the family business again after school and realized he would benefit having additional business skills. He enrolled and earned an MBA from USC. Jeffrey was recognized when he received the Best Business Plan Award for his entrepreneurial spirit and the Mid-American Trade Association for his efforts to generate commerce in the US.

Jeffrey has nine very successful years of solid experience running JMC. During this time the company has seen its largest volume of sales ever. Jeffrey has more than 20 years of experience running a wide variety of businesses. Several were successful turnarounds, including JMC. Jeffrey is passionate about business, and has a strong work ethic and good moral conduct.

Jeffrey is skilled in marketing and selling JMC's mainline products. His industry knowledge and experience, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit leads JMC to develop new products and markets. He knows JMC’s capabilities very well and uses the talents of his management team to give each and every customer what they want.

Mike Deuser – Plant Manager of JMC, Mike has over 25 years of experience in the wood industry and has been with JMC for over a decade. Mike’s vast technical knowledge of glues, fabrication, melamines, vinyls, and flat panel processing translates into high quality lamination and fabricated parts on a consistent basis from JMC.

Mike is an expert in maintaining, and fixing wood working machinery. He is also an expert in MDF, particleboard, and plywood laminating. His daily commitment to JMC is visible in every order. Most importantly, Mike is dedicated, an excellent problem solver, and very ethical.

Mark Kohring – Production Manager of JMC, Mark has over 25 years of experience in the wood working industry and has been with JMC for over a decade. Mark is well versed in wood working machinery, its capabilities, and uses. Mark is able to work up bids, job orders, solve problems, interact with customers, and is responsible for all the CNC programming at JMC. Mark is logical, dedicated, and ethical. Mark can run all the machinery and is able to stretch the capabilities of JMC’s machinery through his innovative approaches. Mark has great technical knowledge of flat panel processing.

Doris Finney – Office Manager of JMC, Doris has 30 years of industry experience, with more than 10 at JMC. Doris is the "glue" at JMC. She is well versed in our computer system and can tell you or find out any information you desire. Doris sets up trucks, cheerfully answers the phones, keeps track of orders, pays the bills, and is willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done. JMC counts on Doris for Human Resource functions and maintaining data in the computer system. She interacts with customers and does some of JMC’s purchasing. Doris is smart, intuitive, friendly, ethical, and hard working.

Greg Cooper – Second Shift Manufacturing Manager, Greg has more than 7 years working in the wood fabrication industry and operates the second shift crew with leadership skills and enthusiasm.  Many jobs, and especially, those with a quick turn-around, are scheduled through the second shift for speed and detail. Uninterrupted production and on the spot follow through helps stabilize production and allows JMC to concentrate on new or unusual productions pieces. Cooper has solid experience managing, maintaining and growing second shift production and is a great addition to the JMC team.

Jon Schulte – Maintenance Manager, Jon is a maintenance jock, with a career spanning 30 plus years in panel processing. He has the biggest tool shed on rollers we’ve ever seen. His knowledge of all wood manufacturing and processing machinery is very complete. Chances are he will not run into a problem or a break down that he has not seen before.  In an industry where machinery breakdowns happen often and shipping on time is paramount, having a person of Jon’s caliber is imperative.  He and Mike Deuser, JMC’s plant manager, have experience grounded in maintenance and panel processing.  When it comes to maintenance, machine design, and panel processing, JMC does not bluff; it is holding a “full house.” 

Mark Edwards – Laminating Supervisor, Becoming the Custom Lamination Department Supervisor, was a new challenge for Mark.  However, it came easy thanks to his dedication, and process paneling background stretching over 20 years.  Mark is familiar with all wood processing aspects, and is an expert in edgebanding services.  As time goes on, Edwards will be able to boast about his lamination expertise, which is coming easy to him, so far.
