For more than three decades, JMC Wood Manufacturing has built its reputation on providing high-quality wood lamination and fabricated part solutions to its customers. Over the years, we’ve developed an impressive array of manufacturing resources. But the heart of our operation is the extra attention and service we give our customers. The following is a summary of JMC’s services and capabilities:

• LAMINATE PAPERS & VINYLS TO FULL SHEETS: JMC has proprietary gluing formulas and a unique KissCoat© process to ensure smooth surfaces and gorilla bonds. Along with PopFree© and HPBond© glueing processes we can laminate vinyls, papers, HPL, FRP, Aluminum, and other overlays (on one or two sides) to particleboard, plywood, MDF, cardboard, chipcore, hardboard and gypsum. A clear-coat protective application is also available.

• MEMBRANE PRESSING: PressFit© glueing technology uses heat-activated adhesive and vinyl laminate. In partnership with a vacuum press the vinyl is drawn to conform consistently to flat or machined parts. JMC's membrane pressing offers lamination for three-dimensional contours and seamless edges.

• PROFILE WRAPPINGS: JMC can produce custom design profile moldings.  We can wrap surfaces up to 17" wide with papers and polyesters using WRAPtight© glueing technology, and with vinyl wrap on a case-by-case basis. Grinding and cutting our own cutters insures quality and reduces lead time.

• CUT-TO-SIZE PARTS: JMC has two CNC panel saws with a sheet capacity of 61" x 145" and a part tolerance of +/- 1/32".

• BORING & ROUTING: Our CNC point-to-point machines are capable of surface boring, edge boring and routing. Our high-speed boring equipment can bore at the top, bottom, and edges in a single pass.

• STRAIGHT-LINE & CONTOUR EDGE BANDING: JMC’s straight-line and contour edge banders have a part size capacity of 3/8" to 1-1/2" thick with a minimum dimension of 3". Edge banding is available in PVC, wood, polyester and HPL, in thicknesses of .5 mm - 3 mm. Our large IMA contour bander is ideal for putting edge treatment on 4x10 tops.

• MOLDINGS: With our five-head and seven-head molders, JMC can mold MDF parts up to 7" wide. We can provide raw moldings, or in conjunction with our wrapper, profile wrapped moldings.

• T-MOLDING: We offer conventional T-Banding to any contoured configuration.

• SIZING & FOILING: Our double-sided foiler can produce custom-foiled profiles for parts up to 1-1/2" thick and 71" inches wide, with a minimum width of 5" for one-sided parts or 10" for two-sided parts.

• WRAPPED DRAWER SIDES: JMC can wrap drawer sides in paper or polyester in dimensions up to 12" in height by any length. Vinyl drawer sides can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
